ROOM CONVERSION

Conversion of normal Room into an Environment Controlled Room, Tissue Culture Room, Cold storage Room, or a Gene Bank Room

Available room space can be converted into Environment Controlled Rooms for carrying Tissue Culture and allied work and storage. Required Humidity and Temperatures are created and maintained near naural light covering solar spectrum are created. Parameters of Humidity, Photoperiodic Simulation, and Temperature are controlled with State of the Art, microprocessor based controllers with digital display of each parameter separately or on a single panel. The Control Panel can be positioned inside the room or outside for minimum door opening frequencies for better quarantine effect. Depending on the nature of the work,walk in working space is catered for. Heat convector, Air conditioner, ceiling, wall and floor insulation are done keeping in mind the temperature to be achieved and exposure to sun, heat emission and working equipment and human heat load. Tissue culture Castor Racks are used for better mobility, working space and sensitive experimentation. A pre entry/buffer zone with air curtain is also provided on specific user requirement. Shelves,tables or mobile racks are provided depending on requirement and type of working space required.
