CONTROL CHAMBER
Vista Plant Growth Chambers/Environment Control Chambers
for specific use of Tissue/Gene Culture through Microprocessor
monitors integrated with audio visual alarm systems
are manufactured on user requirements. Specifications
of Dimension, Temprature ranges, Humidity and Lux are
given by the users. All controllers are microprocessor
based. Hermitically sealed and polished outside wall
with insulated pads covered with aulminium or S.S. inside.
Double glass-hatch windows are provided for monitoring
without resorting to frequent door opening. Working
places are designed as per user requirement. these could
be various types of Tissue culture Castor Racks or fixed
/ rotable / adjustable shelves, slotted angle table,
wire mesh, plastic, MS/SS tables corrugated flat sheet
with plastic or FRP glass tops. These chembers are normally
designed for tempratures ranging between 10oC
to 45oC.
Technical Parameters: Working Space: (Standard) 4' X 4' X 4' (LWH), Hatch window 1' X 1'.
Temprature Range: 10oC - 45oC ± 1oC, using micron environment controller.
Humidity Range: 30 - 95% ± 1 digit: Vapour/ Cold Humidifier.
Light Intensity: 20 K Lux at source, 8 K Lux in he cenre featuring PAR (Photosynthetically active radiation) lighs. Enhanced light intensity can be provided on specific requirements.

Temprature Controls: Microprocessor based digial system (3˝ digits, 0.5"7 segment red LED) with 24 hours functional span (day/night) seperat. Wih standby provision. Sensor Pt-100 (A class). Calibrated accuray ± 0.25%. Resolution 0.1oC.
Humidification Controls: Realtime microprocessor controlling with digital display range 20%-95%. Accuracy ± 1 digit.
Photoperiodic Controls: Microprocessor based programmable photoperiodic timer to regulate photopeiodic cycle defined by he requirement. Accuracy ± 1 sec. per day. Weekly setting available for 14 periods.

TEMPRATURE CONTROLLED CHAMBERS (STORAGE TYPE)
Temperature Controlled Chamber with microprocessor monitors
integrated with audio and visual alarm systems for storing
seeds, bulbs,saplings, vegetable, flower bulbs, potatoes,
grains, wheat's rhizomes, tubes, pulses, or any other
perishable material without losing inherent nutrient
values, Vista Temperature Controlled Chambers are used.
Refrigeration units are designed based on various heat
loads. Design considerations take into account chamber
size, heat emission due to light sources, frequency
of door operation and heat emited due to any other heat
emitting source inside the chamber. Hermetically sealed
compressor with compatible state of the Art condenser
cooling coils, fans, expansion valve, HP/LP drier, hand
shutoff valves, with humidistat incase higher percentage
humidity content is required by the user with level
indication switches are provided. Adjustable shelves/racks
are provided defined by usage specifics. These could
be various types of castor racks, or fixed/rotatable/adjustable
shelves,slotted angle tables, plastic, MS/SS tables,
corrugated flat sheet with plastic or glass top. These
chambers are also used as Gene Banks with appropriate
modifications for storage spaces in addition to the
temperature controller, provision for humidity in case
required along with humidity and light, respective controllers
are provided. The specification can vary and the storage
chamber designed as per specific parameters given by
the user. Standard load requirement is 5 KW to 10 KW
both from regular source or from stand by generator.
